By booking an appointment with Cumberland Equine Therapy you are agreeing to abide by the terms & conditions of service listed below.

 Payment is required on the day of the appointment or prior.  Payment must be cash or bank transfer. 

I will confirm your appointment around 48 hours prior.

If for any reason you do need to reschedule your horse's appointment please contact me as soon as you can. 

To cover my costs and time, I do require a minimum of 2 days notice to avoid a cancellation fee. 

• If it is less than 48 hours notice, this will incur a 20% fee or 
• if it is less than 24 hours notice, it will incur a 50% fee

Please provide safe shelter from rain, wind, and sun or advise prior if this isn’t available
